§ 13. Subcontracts.

A.

The franchisee may subcontract with others to provide a portion of the service where the franchisee does not have the necessary equipment or service. Such a subcontract shall not relieve the franchisee of total responsibility for providing and maintaining service and from compliance with this Ordinance.

B.

The franchisee may subcontract all or a portion of the services required by Section 10 of this Ordinance with written permission of the city, which permission shall not be unreasonably withheld.

C.

The subcontractor shall comply with all provisions of this Ordinance.
