§ 18. Complaint Procedures and Inquiries.

  • Original records including service records pertaining to complaints received by the Franchisee and the office procedures followed to satisfy those complaints, shall be maintained by the Franchisee for a period of not less than five years in Oregon and made available for inspection by the City on reasonable notice to the Franchisee. This record shall be considered by the City in evaluating the system.
