§ 20. Award Fee and Franchising Costs.

Franchisee shall reimburse the City for all costs, including attorney's fees and publication fees, expended in the soliciting, processing and awarding of the Franchise. Payment shall be made by Franchisee at the time of acceptance of this Franchise as set forth in Section 14. hereof.
