§ 23. Administration and enforcement—Inspection of facilities—Franchise report.

The City Manager shall be responsible for the administration and enforcement of this Ordinance. The franchisee shall, at reasonable times, permit inspection of the franchisee's facilities, equipment and personnel providing service. The franchisee shall provide the reports required in Section 33. of this Ordinance.
