§ 8. Practices prohibited without a franchise.

Latest version.

Unless exempted by Section 7 of this Ordinance or franchised pursuant to this Ordinance, no person shall:
A.

Solicit customers for service;

B.

Advertise the providing of service; or

C.

Provide service in the city.
