City pursuant to or concerning this Franchise shall be delivered to the City of Independence,
Post Office Box 7, Attn: City Manager, Independence, OR 97351, or such other address
as City may advise by written notice. Unless otherwise specified herein, all notices
from the City to Monmouth Power and Light pursuant to or concerning this Franchise
shall be delivered to Monmouth Power & Light, 401 Hogan Road, Monmouth, OR 97361,
and such other office as Monmouth Power and Light may advise the City of by written
notice.
