§ 14-152. Radio and television interference.

  • (a)

    No person may operate or use an electrical, mechanical or other device, apparatus, instrument or machine that causes reasonably preventable interference with telephone, cell phone, radio or television reception; provided, that the equipment interfered with is of good engineering design.

    (b)

    This section does not apply to electrical and radio devices licensed, approved and operated under the rules and regulations of the Federal Communications Commission.
