§ 14-250. Violations; penalty.

Latest version.

Violations shall be punishable as follows:
(1)

A fine not to exceed $250.00 for the first violation in a one-year period.

(2)

A fine not to exceed $500.00 for the second and each subsequent violation in a one-year period.
