§ 14-283. Maintenance of buildings.

The owner, agent or occupant in charge of all rat-freed and/or ratproofed buildings or structures shall maintain them in a rat-free and/or ratproof condition and repair all breaks or leaks that may occur in the ratproofing without a specific order of the Health Officer.
