§ 16-129. Violation; penalty.

Latest version.

Any violation of any provision of this chapter shall result in a restraining order, stop work order or fine, the sum of which shall be set by resolution of the City Council and any other remedy authorized by the laws of the state. None of the remedies listed herein shall be exclusive.
