§ 1-9. Contents.

Latest version.

This Code consists of all the regulatory and penal ordinances of a general and permanent nature and certain of the administrative ordinances of the city determined by the city to be included in this Code. Ordinances not of a general and permanent nature and ordinances saved from repeal in section are not included in this Code, but are on file in the office of the City Recorder.
