§ 24-1. Compliance with requirements of franchise.

Those participating in source separation programs shall comply with reasonable requirements established by the franchisee to ensure quality control necessary to ensure successful processing and marketing. Such requirements shall be filed in writing with and be approved by the City Manager prior to implementation.
