§ 24-13. Violation; penalty.

Latest version.

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall incur a civil penalty not to exceed $1,000.00 a day for each day of the violation. Penalties in this section are not in lieu of other remedies as provided in this chapter. Each day in violation is a separate offense.
