§ 26-42. Sidewalk—Construction permit required.

(a)

No person, firm, corporation or unit of government other than the city shall construct any sidewalk without first applying for and receiving a permit from city to construct such sidewalk.

(b)

No sidewalk shall be constructed by any person, firm, corporation or unit of government other than the city without the construction thereof being inspected and approved by the Public Works Director or Designee as conforming to the standards of the city.
