§ 26-195. Survey and written report for Council review.

  • After the City Manager's report shall have been filed with the City Recorder, the Council shall thereafter, by motion, give preliminary approval to the report, modify the report and give preliminary approval to it as modified, require the City Manager to supply additional or different information for such improvements, and give preliminary approval to the report as supplemented, or it may abandon the improvement.
