§ 28-58. Misdemeanor.

Any person willfully violating any of the provisions of this division shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and may be punishable therefor by a fine of not more than $500.00 or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period of not more than six months or by both such fine and imprisonment.
