§ 2-2. Publication requirements.

All notices and other matters required by the ordinances of the city to be published in the city official newspaper may be published in any newspaper printed and in general circulation in the city and it shall be unnecessary that such notices or other matters shall be published in a newspaper officially designated as the city official newspaper.
