§ 2-203. Establishment of the Museum Advisory Board.

The City of Independence hereby establishes a Museum Advisory Board which will continue for as long as the city operates a museum or as otherwise determined by the City Council. The Museum Advisory Board is not a Museum Commission as defined in ORS 358.310 et seq. The board will review, report, and recommend decisions or actions to the City Council and City staff with regard to museum maintenance and operations.
