§ 2-260. Established.

(a)

A City Historic Preservation Commission is continued.

(b)

The Commission shall consist of seven members and one nonvoting City Council liaison. Two Commission members may reside outside the city.

(c)

The duties of the Commission shall be as set forth in chapter 16.
