§ 30-355. Coordination of construction activities.

All grantees and cable providers are required to cooperate with the city and with each other.
(1)

By January 1 of each year, grantees and cable providers shall provide the city with a schedule of their proposed construction activities in, around or that may affect the public rights-of-way.

(2)

Each grantee and cable provider shall meet with the city, other grantees and users of the public rights-of-way annually or as determined by the city to schedule and coordinate construction in the public rights-of-way.

(3)

All construction locations, activities and schedules shall be coordinated, as ordered by the city engineer, to minimize public inconvenience, disruption or damages.
