§ 32-26. Same—Delegation of powers.

The City Council may delegate powers set forth in section 32-25 at their discretion. Duties exercised thereafter by the City Manager or designee shall be reported to the Council at the regular meeting immediately following their implementation, and the Council may reject or modify such action. This reporting requirement may be dispensed with when the Council so orders.
