§ 32-191. Nuisance; duty to remove.

Any vehicle parked, stored, left or permitted to be parked, stored or left in violation of this article shall constitute a nuisance detrimental to the health, safety and welfare of the inhabitants of the city. It is the duty of the owner of the property, and it shall also be the duty of the registered owner of the vehicle or the person in charge of said vehicle, either to remove the same from the city or to have the same housed completely enclosed within a building.
