§ 34-22. Indemnification agreements.

Each application for a permit shall be accompanied by a written agreement by the public utility to indemnify the city for all damage to city property or facilities and to indemnify and save the city harmless from the claims and demands of all persons for personal injury and property damage caused directly or indirectly as a result of the applicant's work and activities under such permit.
