§ 34-310. Use of city sewer system outside city limits; surcharge.

Latest version.

Any person connected to and using the city sewage disposal system while outside the city limits shall pay a 100 percent surcharge, based on the rate of sewer charge set by resolution for the use of the city sewage disposal system.
