§ 34-451. Prohibited connection.

After July 1, 1991, no person may connect any premises for service, or cause the same to be connected, to any sanitary sewer, water system or storm sewer system of the city unless the appropriate systems development charge has been paid or payment has been secured as provided in this chapter.
