§ 6-123. Kitchen facilities.

(a)

Every dwelling unit shall contain a kitchen sink apart from the bathroom sink, with the exception of single-room occupancy housing units which shall comply with section 6-133.

(b)

Except as otherwise provided for in subsection (c) of this section and section 6-133, every dwelling unit shall have approved service connections for refrigeration and cooking appliances.

(c)

Social care facilities may be provided with a community kitchen with facilities for cooking, refrigeration, and washing utensils.
