§ 6-127. Sleeping room requirements.

Latest version.

Every room used for sleeping purposes:
(1)

Shall be a habitable room as defined in this division; and

(2)

Shall have natural or approved artificial light, ventilation, window(s) or other means for escape purposes as required by section 6-129.
