§ 6-195. Occupancy of structure after notification of violation.

(a)

After the violation notification has been issued and the affected structure is or becomes vacant, it shall be unlawful to reoccupy or allow re-occupancy of the structure until the necessary approvals are given by the Building Official.

(b)

Notwithstanding subsection (a) of this section, the Building Official may allow re-occupancy of the structure if, in the Building Official's opinion, all safety hazards have been rectified.
