§ 8-268. Revocation of license.

Latest version.

Upon the conviction of any person licensed under this article for the violation of any of the terms of this article, the license granted under this article may be permanently revoked or temporarily suspended for such period as the court shall see fit in addition to such fine as the court may impose.
