§ 8-158. Term of license.

Latest version.

All licenses issued under the provisions of this chapter shall be for an annual term unless otherwise specified, and shall be valid and effective from the date of issuance set forth upon such license until the expiration of the specified term. License for terms of less than one year shall take effect on the date of issuance set forth thereon.
