§ 8-226. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Public dance means any dance open to the public for an admission charge.

Public dance hall means any building or premises in or on which a public dance is conducted.
