§ 8-357. Driver's permit required; posted.

(a)

No person shall be regularly employed, either full-time or part-time, as a taxicab driver by any person or firm licensed under this chapter unless such person has first been issued a permit as such taxicab driver by the city.

(b)

The driver's permit shall be posted in a conspicuous place in the taxicab which the driver is operating.
