§ 31. Right to Inspect Books.

  • Franchisee shall keep current and accurate books of account at an office within 30 miles of the City for the purpose of determining the amounts due the City under Section 22 of this ordinance. The City may inspect the books of account any time during business hours and may review or audit the books from time to time. The Council may require periodic reports from the Franchisee relating to its operations and revenue within the City, pursuant to Section 34. If an audit or review of the books is required, the cost of such satisfactory independent audit or review shall be borne fully by the Franchisee.
