§ 39. Entry Into or Removal of Solid Waste Receptacles Prohibited.

A.

No person shall enter into a receptacle which is one cubic yard or larger for the purpose of compacting the contents of the receptacle.

B.

No person shall remove a receptacle from the location where the receptacle was placed for collection, unless the person is authorized to do so by the generator.
