§ 18-166. Drug-free zone designated.

(a)

The following described property is designated as a drug-free zone: From the west side of Second Street east to the Willamette River, between Ash Creek and the south side of D Street, including Riverview Park.

(b)

Such designation shall be valid for an initial period of two years. Thereafter, the Council may extend the designation as it deems appropriate. The removal of the designation shall be by ordinance.
