§ 24-5. Transportation of wastes.

Any vehicle or equipment used by any person to transport solid wastes shall be so loaded and operated to prevent the wastes from dropping, sifting, leaking, blowing or otherwise escaping from the vehicle onto any public right-of-way or lands adjacent thereto. Any and all wastes escaping from any container, vehicle or equipment during waste collection shall be collected and properly disposed of by the person transporting the waste.
