§ 24-6. Approval of containers required.

Latest version.

No person shall place hazardous waste out for collection by the franchisee nor place hazardous waste in any container, box or vehicle owned or operated by the franchisee or by the city without the prior permission of the office of the franchisee or the City Manager, respectively.
