§ 26-40. Generally.

(a)

Definitions. The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this division, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Owner means the person in whose name real property is assessed for tax purposes according to the latest assessment roll in the office of the County Assessor for Polk County, Oregon.

(b)

Violations. The offense described in this division is an Independence Municipal Code Class A violation, per section 1-22.
