§ 34-132. Rate schedule.

(a)

The monthly rates and charges for residential, commercial and industrial water service shall be adopted by resolution of the Council.

(b)

For all services outside the corporate limits of the city, a surcharge of 100 percent shall be added to the inside rate and charges, except as otherwise established by written agreement approved by the City Council.
