§ 34-133. Service connection charges.

(a)

Where service is to be newly established or re-established at a point of delivery, requiring that the city install a service pipe or meter, the customer shall, at the time of application for service, pay the city a connection charge. The connection charge shall be established by resolution of the City Council.

(b)

Costs of the meter will be paid by the customer for all meters and they become property of the city.
