§ 34-238. Lien on property.

The cost of the connection of a building sewer under section 24-213 is delinquent 30 days after the completion of the connection in accordance with section 34-211 and thereafter shall be a charge upon and a lien upon the lot or parcel of land served by the building sewer, and shall be collected as other liens of the city are enforced.
