§ 8-324. Proper repair and maintenance of vehicles.

(a)

No person shall operate the business of a taxicab in this city unless each vehicle so used is in proper repair and equipped in accordance with the motor vehicle code of this state.

(b)

Vehicles must be kept free from debris and in a sanitary condition.

(c)

No smoking allowed in taxicabs.
